Egnyte Sign
Egnyte Sign simplifies document approvals and creates legally binding and compliant signatures on PDFs, Word documents, and more.
- Choose a file, hover over e-signature, and select "Send for Signature.” Enter the email addresses of internal or external users who need to sign and anyone who needs to be copied. Then drag and drop fields, such as signature, name, title, company, and date.
- Signers will receive an email notification with a link to access and sign the document or can access it from Workflows & Signatures and the My Request dashboard. They can draw, type, or upload an image of their signature.
- Once all signers have signed, signers receive an email with a link to a PDF copy of the document. They can access the certificate of completion by selecting the Download drop down.
