Content Lifecycle Policies affect how folders and files are retained, archived, and deleted in your repositories. See the impact of those policies before you publish them by first saving as a draft.

• Draft policies allow you to see how many files will be affected before the policy goes into effect.
• That way you can revise the policy until you are satisfied with the resulting content lifecycle actions.
• Once you’re ready to publish, select the ellipsis menu, then publish. Your policy will begin taking effect immediately.
• View the impact of your retention, archival, and deletion policies before they affect content in your repository.
