Here’s what most companies get wrong:
When they start up and have 10-20 people, they focus on their customers.
But when they scale and have several 100 employees, they focus on building the right operational infrastructure.
However, they need to do the opposite:
When they are small, they should build the right foundation.
As they get bigger, they must become laser-focused on their customers.
