Importing completed trial data into Egnyte’s eTMF allows you to keep your clinical studies inspection ready at all times!

• To import a new study, first ensure you have exported a compatible XML file of your trial data.
• Then, from My Studies, select Add a new study and enter the study name, ID, type, whether or not it is investigator initiated, and determine who can manage the study in eTMF.
• As you import the study, Egnyte will verify any errors or warnings before allowing you to Accept or Reject the final import.
• Once the completed study is in Egnyte’s eTMF, you can easily ensure all study documents are present and accurate so you are inspection ready!
