Creating Project Templates allows your users the flexibility and ease of building predefined project folder structures with set permissions in just a few clicks.

• From the Egnyte Templates folder, create a new Project Template folder and fill it with subfolders and files. You can even set folder descriptions and sharing settings from the More menu under Folder Details and Options.
• In Project Template Settings, you can define your templated permissions via a JSON settings file.
• Now, anyone with at least Viewer permissions to the folder can use it as a template when they create new content.
