Simplified Security: The ThreatX SaaS Deployment Model

A10's Carlo Alpuerto speaks with Beau Hamilton from SourceForge discussing the high-level SaaS deployment of the ThreatX platform. He explains that with this model, the ThreatX SOC team handles the deployment and management on behalf of the customer, taking a significant load off their plates.

Alpuerto notes that the only requirement from the customer's side is to allow the ThreatX ingress on their firewall and to set up a DNS mapping. He clarifies that this simple, in-line flow to traffic deployment is a "greenfield" example, and does not preclude the use of other downstream solutions like CDNs or upstream solutions like API gateways. This approach ensures a seamless and efficient integration, providing robust security with minimal effort from the customer's team.
