The Gradient MSP integration currently integrates with the most popular PSAs, including Connectwise Manage, Datto Autotask, BMS by Kaseya, and more.

To set up the Keeper-Gradient MSP integration, follow these simple steps.
Login to Gradient MSP Synthesize. If you don't have an account, easily create one by providing your email address or SSO credentials.

Navigate to the Integrations tab and select the Keeper Security Integration card. Click Connect.

Select 'Billing Only' and click Continue. Then, generate the API Token and copy the Gradient API Key. Make sure to save this key in a secure location, as it will only be available once.

Click 'Open Vendor Portal'. This will open a new tab with the Keeper MSP Console.

In the Keeper MSP Console, go to the Configurations tab and click Setup under the Gradient MSP integration card.

A modal will open where you can paste the Gradient Key. Click Test Connection and Save.

Return to Synthesize and click Next to complete the service and account mapping.

Map your accounts and services by dragging the card from Synthesize on the left to Keeper Security on the right. Exact matches are auto-mapped, and the remaining can be searched using the filter button or the Synthesize search bar.

A modal will pop up, letting you know you have completed all the steps and we are ready to receive data. Click OK to complete setup
Return to the Keeper MSP console and you will see the integration card shows connected, with updated pending to be synced.
Click Sync Mapping
The integration card will update to show Connected once the sync completes.
You can now Return to Synthesize, Refresh your page, and Reconcile!
