How to Create and Manage Tenants | BDRSuite
In this BDRSuite's how to series, we’ll walk you through the steps to create and manage tenants in BDRSuite, allowing you to efficiently handle multiple configurations and user access.
Steps Covered:
- Create a Tenant: Navigate to Tenants and click Add Tenant. Provide tenant details such as name, email, and optionally, address and phone number.
- Assign Resources: Select virtual machines, cloud workloads, SaaS applications, or physical machines as the entities for the tenant. You can also choose to add entities later.
- User Access Configuration: Enable or disable user access, and add users by selecting either 'BDR User' or 'AD/LDAP User'. Assign access privileges such as 'Read Only' or 'Recovery Access.'
- Manage Tenants: Once created, the tenant will appear in the list. You can edit the configuration, manage users, and monitor tenant activities from the dashboard.
